Laughter is medicine to the heart. Do you believe that? I do.
In my work as a marriage therapist, I always look to see if the couple is able to laugh freely and laugh together. It is a real sign of strength.
When we do not or cannot laugh, it is clear that we are consumed by another emotion so heavily that we cannot let go. Grief, stress, sadness, tension, resentment, and more rob us of laughter.
Take a moment to laugh so hard you start to sweat a little....................
